Localized stains:
Liquid stains (beverage, oil stains): Immediately press and dry with a clean absorbent towel, do not wipe back and forth (as it will expand the stain area), then spray a special fabric cleaner on the towel to gently wipe, and finally use a clean water towel to wipe off any remaining cleaning agent.
Stubborn stains (ink, sauce): You can first use a diluted solution of white vinegar and warm water (ratio 1:1) to gently wipe them.
